ahh. an apartment on the top floor. pretty sweet right? unless it is the apartment of grace ryan. because mommy has basically removed herself from the picture, grace mostly has the place to herself. it is pretty empty, save for the furniture. there is a couch in the living room near the enterance with a television opposite to it, the dining room is empty, the kitchen is pretty empty except for the paper plates and plastic cups and the fridge, and there is one bedroom which has a single matress on the floor with a pillow and some sheets thrown on top. a dresser is off to the right and the lone window in the room leads out to the fire escape. there is one full bathroom and basically that it the tour of the place. nothing major, but enough to keep grace satisfied.
