	- - -APARTMENT 366 a studio apartment on the third floor, perfect for a struggling artist, or so it might seem. really it's a shelter from the outside world for maddie pascal, this is where she has come to call home. it's pretty spacious for one person, but it's definitly not fancey, then again the large bay window over looking the side walk is pretty cool. this is where the metaphorical "magic" happens for maddie, though not the kind all you little perverts out there are thinking about. nope the magic referred to here would be the magic of creating. the place is sort of cut into sections, the room/living room area, the writing/reading area, the art area, and lastly the photography area. it's a place dedicated to maddies passion. turly it's nothing much but it's enough for the semi hermit that is madeline pascal...	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.
	- - -APARTMENT 501 - 1 Viewing ahh. an apartment on the top floor. pretty sweet right? unless it is the apartment of grace ryan. because mommy has basically removed herself from the picture, grace mostly has the place to herself. it is pretty empty, save for the furniture. there is a couch in the living room near the enterance with a television opposite to it, the dining room is empty, the kitchen is pretty empty except for the paper plates and plastic cups and the fridge, and there is one bedroom which has a single matress on the floor with a pillow and some sheets thrown on top. a dresser is off to the right and the lone window in the room leads out to the fire escape. there is one full bathroom and basically that it the tour of the place. nothing major, but enough to keep grace satisfied.	0	0	No posts have been made on this board.

this is generally not the best place in venice beach city. it is a bit closer to the beach, considering most of the beach front property isn't for sale, but it is definitely the closest to the boardwalk. this is generally where the lower/ lower-middle class resides. here, the apartments range from one bedroom to four. the reason these apartments are so cheap is because of the area, the crime rate being higher around these parts along with the gang violence, and the mysterious...disappearances. here is generally where a very wide variety of people live...and is definitely a place tourists don't get to see.
